Autumn symphony
A soft breeze ruffles my hair
Music’s in the air
Viridescent leaves turn red
One by one they are falling

Thank you for viewing and reading.

A few more haiku to welcome the month of September. Hope you enjoy them,my dear friends and readers:
Perpetual eve
Sunflower tints thwart the shore
Sky drapes in saffron

The sea pulls its waves
Molten colors on pebbles
What a lovely dusk
Birds fly far away
Leaving a quill on the shore
A poem starts here

Mind blowing landscape
Arousing expanse fondness
Ink flows from my heart

Haunting prance of waves
A blaze of rites and colors
Nibbana on earth

Thank you for viewing and reading

The call of the sea
Holds me spellbound as I surf
Up and down the waves
Sunrise golden blades
Slicing coconut tree leaves
Green peacock feathers

The call of the sea
Holds me spellbound as I surf
Up and down the waves

Ethereal sunset
Evening wraps our desires
Nothing is amiss

From light to darkness
Stark and bereft of colors
Joyful tomorrow

Rising sun at dawn
Awakening of the soul
A moment in time

Thank you for viewing and reading, my dear friends and readers.
Mauritius is a beautiful inland in the Indian Ocean. From morning to night, it brims with exquisite colors. Mark Twain said it all ‘Mauritius was made first and then heaven ; heaven was copied after Mauritius’.

On the wings of dawn
Pretty sunflowers unfold
Summer morn kudos

Intertwined fingers
Summer floral parasol
Ethereal moments

In the summer heat
Butterfly sits on best loved
Garden cone flower

Tropical sunshine
Flit butterfly can’t resist
Kissing orange bloom

In the summer heat
Blue wisteria blazing
Over garden wall

Opalescent beads
Last night showers on her folds
Yellow hibiscus

Many more flowers and haikus to come, my dear friends and readers. Enjoy these for the moment, brought to you with love.
